How is this different from a referral plugin?

Referral plugins reward existing customers for sending more. ENTRRO is a marketplace of independent promoters with their own audiences — people who can drive new customers your business has never seen, attributed cleanly to the person who brought them.

What does it cost?

The platform itself is free — no setup fee, no subscription, no long-term contract. When a guest you helped acquire walks in, you pay the CPA you set, plus processing and transaction fees. That fee is all-in: it covers payment processing, money movement, fraud cover, dashboards, and support — nothing else is invoiced on top. Billing runs on a 24-hour cycle so you see exactly what's about to be charged before it hits, and declined redemptions cost nothing. See Pricing for the worked example.

How does the door integration work?

No special hardware required. Any phone or tablet that can install our app and connect to Wi-Fi works at the door — iPhone, Android, iPad, an old device sitting in the office. Install the ENTRRO app, sign in, point it at guests as they arrive. Most venues are live in under 14 days.

How do you stop bots, friends-of-friends, or padded counts?

Fraud is virtually impossible by design. You are still the one running the door — you approve every promotion that goes live, and the only thing that triggers a payment is a real customer scanning in at your entrance. No scan, no payment. A bot can't walk through a door. A padded list can't get past your own bouncer. We add reputation scoring and rate limits on the promoter side as a second layer, but the primary control is — and stays — yours.

Can we exclude certain promoters or audiences?

Your audience, your rules. We don't modify how you run your venue — we slot in alongside what you already do and make it easier to bring the right customers in. Set audience requirements (age, neighbourhood, vibe), block specific promoters, set per-promoter caps, and approve every brief before it goes live. ENTRRO is an acquisition channel, not an operating system.
