Account Deletion.

You can delete your ENTRRO account any time, from inside the app or this website. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data afterwards.

How to delete

From the mobile app

Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm. Takes effect immediately.

From the web

Sign in at entrro.com → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm. Takes effect immediately.

By email

Email privacy@entrro.com from your registered email address. We respond within 48 hours.

What gets deleted immediately

• Your profile (name, photo, bio, audience details).
• Your saved preferences and notification settings.
• Direct messages you sent through ENTRRO.
• Active sessions and any saved devices.

What's deleted within 30 days

• Search history, analytics events, device identifiers tied to you.
• Caches and backups.

What's retained — and why

• Payout records (Promoters) and billing records (Venues) — retained for 7 years for tax law compliance.
• Trust & Safety records — limited records (account ID, suspension reason) retained where needed to enforce removal of repeat offenders.
• Anonymised analytics — aggregated data that cannot identify you.

If you change your mind

Within 30 days, you can ask us to restore your account by emailing the same address you signed up with. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Data export first

Before deleting, you can export everything we have on you — Settings → Privacy → Download my data. Delivery within 30 days, machine-readable JSON.
