This page explains how to delete your ENTRRO account and exactly what happens to your data. It applies to both the ENTRRO promoter app and the ENTRRO Business app. No app install or login is required to request deletion.
1. Delete in the app
Promoter app: Open the app → Profile / Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Business app: Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
2. Delete from the web (no login required)
You can request deletion without installing or signing into anything:
- Visit https://entrro.com/account-deletion, or
- Email privacy@entrro.com from the address on your account.
3. What is deleted
When deletion completes, we remove your personal account data, including:
- Your profile (name, contact details, login).
- Your activity history and saved promotions.
- Active shared links / promotion links stop working immediately upon deletion.
4. What is retained, and why
Some records are kept because the law requires it or to prevent abuse:
- Payout and tax records — retained ~7 years (legal requirement for financial and tax recordkeeping).
- Fraud and abuse records — retained as needed to protect the platform and other users.
These are limited to what is necessary and are not used for marketing.
5. Timeline
Other personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Copies may persist briefly in routine backups until they cycle out, and data subject to a legal hold is retained until the hold lifts.
6. Business / venue accounts
Only the account owner can delete a Business (venue) account. Any outstanding balances or pending earnings must settle first, and active passes already issued remain valid through their window. Deleting the account does not by itself cancel separate contractual obligations.
