Acceptable Use Policy.
Effective: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026
ENTRRO is built for legitimate customer acquisition in entertainment, hospitality, and service businesses. This policy describes what you can and can't do on the platform. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and forfeit of pending earnings or refunds.
You may not
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to inflate guest counts.
- Misrepresent yourself, your audience, or a venue.
- Promote venues you have an undisclosed financial conflict with.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates platform rules of the channels you use to promote.
- Promote any business, product, or activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction it operates in.
- Target minors, or use ENTRRO to promote venues serving alcohol to audiences known to include minors.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against other users, promoters, venues, or staff.
- Attempt to circumvent door verification (fake QR codes, shared accounts, ID swaps).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform.
You must
- Comply with local laws on marketing, alcohol, ticketing, and consumer protection.
- Disclose material conflicts of interest to venues you work with.
- Honour any audience eligibility criteria a venue sets (age, neighbourhood, etc.).
- Keep account credentials private and report compromised accounts immediately.
Enforcement
Reports go to trust@entrro.com and are reviewed within one business day. Confirmed violations escalate from warning → temporary suspension → permanent removal, depending on severity. ENTRRO may withhold disputed earnings during review.
Appeals
If you believe your account was actioned in error, email appeals@entrro.com within 30 days with any context. A reviewer not involved in the original decision will take a fresh look.
