Effective: June 16, 2026 · Version 2.0

This Policy explains what is allowed and what is prohibited when using ENTRRO — the promoter app, the Business app, the door scanner, guest passes, and our websites. It applies to promoters, venues ("Customers"), guests, and anyone else who uses the Services. It supplements the Terms of Service, the Promoter Agreement, and the Merchant Agreement.

1. The basics

ENTRRO is a two-sided marketplace where independent promoters drive verified guests to venues. Promoters earn a set amount per validated guest. Everything below exists to keep that count honest and the platform safe.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Fake or inflate results. No bots, scripts, fake accounts, self-referrals, padded or fabricated guest counts, or any attempt to trigger validations for guests who did not actually attend.
  • Circumvent attribution. No tampering with QR passes, scanner output, or tracking, and no schemes to claim credit for guests you did not bring.
  • Mislead. No false, deceptive, or unauthorized promotion of a venue, event, offer, or age policy; no impersonating ENTRRO, a venue, or another person.
  • Spam or harass. No unsolicited bulk messaging, no harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse toward guests, venue staff, or other users.
  • Break the law. No illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or promotion of unlawful goods or services.
  • Infringe IP. No use of logos, photos, names, or content you do not have the right to use. See the DMCA & IP Policy.
  • Hide conflicts. Promoters must not promote venues where they have an undisclosed financial or ownership conflict.
  • Scrape or abuse infrastructure. No scraping, reverse engineering, automated data harvesting, or interference with the Services' security or operation.

3. Age-restricted and alcohol marketing

Some promotions carry a venue-enforced age limit (for example, 21+). All marketing of alcohol or other age-restricted offers must follow applicable local, state, and federal law. Age and alcohol compliance at the point of service is the venue's responsibility.

4. Reporting

Report violations, suspected fraud, or abuse to trust@entrro.com or through in-app reporting where available.

5. Enforcement and consequences

Depending on severity, we may: remove content, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit pending earnings tied to the violation (for example, payouts for guests that were never validly brought in). Confirmed fraud may be referred to the affected venue and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
