Effective: June 16, 2026 · Version 2.0
ENTRRO is committed to making its apps and websites usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the ENTRRO promoter app, the ENTRRO Business app, and our websites.
2. Conformance status
We currently consider ENTRRO to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the product may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to close those gaps.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we work to provide:
- Semantic structure and proper labels so content is understandable to assistive technology.
- Color contrast that meets AA contrast ratios.
- Keyboard navigation for interactive elements on the web.
- Screen-reader support with meaningful element descriptions on iOS (VoiceOver) and Android (TalkBack).
- Adequate touch target sizes for buttons and controls in the apps.
4. Known limitations
We are aware that some areas may not yet fully meet AA, and we prioritize fixes as we find them. [PLACEHOLDER — list specific known limitations here as they are identified, e.g., certain charts, third-party flows such as the Stripe payout screen, or dynamically generated content.]
5. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. Email accessibility@entrro.com with the page or screen, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to work with you on a resolution.
