DMCA & IP Policy.

ENTRRO respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone on the platform to do the same. This policy follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent regimes globally.

To file a takedown notice

Send a written notice to dmca@entrro.com (or to our designated agent below) including all of:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing, and URL or location enough for us to find it.
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notification with: your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake, your address and phone, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you reside (or where ENTRRO is established if outside the US).

Repeat infringers

ENTRRO terminates accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

For trademark concerns, contact trademark@entrro.com. We require the same details as a DMCA notice plus the trademark registration number where applicable.
