Effective: June 16, 2026 · Version 2.0

ENTRRO respects intellectual property and expects its users to do the same. This Policy explains how to report copyright and trademark concerns and how we respond.

1. ENTRRO's IP

The ENTRRO platform, apps, scanner, pass technology, software, designs, and the ENTRRO name and logo are owned by Wyola LLC or its licensors. Promoters and venues grant ENTRRO a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content they submit (such as venue names, logos, and promotion materials) solely to operate and promote the Services. You keep ownership of your own content.

2. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on ENTRRO infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@entrro.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and enough detail to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@entrro.com with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error; your contact information; and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

ENTRRO will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Trademark complaints

For trademark concerns — misuse of a brand name or logo — contact trademark@entrro.com with proof of your rights, the mark at issue, and where it appears on the Services.
