ENTRRO connects real people to real venues. The platform only works if everyone — promoters, venue staff, guests, and our team — behaves like a decent professional. This is what we expect.
Treat every promoter, every venue, every guest, and every member of staff with respect. No harassment, no slurs, no targeting of people based on race, gender identity, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Represent your audience honestly. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Don't take a brief you can't realistically fulfil. If something changes, tell the venue — same day.
Don't promote venues to audiences they aren't appropriate for. Don't pressure guests to attend something they're not comfortable with. Anything safety-related — harassment at a venue, inappropriate behaviour, an unsafe situation — escalates to trust@entrro.com immediately.
ENTRRO is for everyone. We will not host briefs or promoters that exclude people on prohibited grounds, restrict access in violation of law, or run venues that do.
Audience data, venue strategy, and CPA structure shared between a promoter and a venue stays between them. Don't shop one venue's brief to another.
If something feels off, tell us. trust@entrro.com is monitored 24/7. Anonymous reports are accepted.
Questions? legal@entrro.com. This is a plain-language version of the legal document; the formal text is available on request and prevails in any conflict.
Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch.
