Effective: June 16, 2026 · Version 2.0
This Code sets the standard of behavior we expect from everyone in the ENTRRO community — promoters, venues ("Customers"), guests, and ENTRRO staff. It works alongside the Acceptable Use Policy and the Trust & Safety Policy.
1. Treat people with respect
Be courteous and professional. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, intimidation, hate speech, or violence — online, in messages, or in person at a venue. Discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any protected characteristic is prohibited.
2. Be honest
Attribution is the heart of ENTRRO. Promoters earn a set amount per validated guest, so honesty about who you actually brought matters. No padded counts, fake guests, or misleading claims about an offer, event, or age policy. Venues should describe their promotions accurately.
3. Keep people safe
Venues are responsible for safety and lawful service at their door, including any age-restricted or alcohol rules (for example, 21+). Promoters and guests must follow venue staff instructions and local law. Never put a guest, staff member, or yourself in danger to complete a validation.
4. Communicate professionally
Keep messages relevant, respectful, and free of spam. Do not contact people who have asked you to stop. Represent yourself, ENTRRO, and venues accurately and never impersonate anyone.
5. Reporting
If you see behavior that breaks this Code — harassment, unsafe conduct, fraud, or discrimination — report it to trust@entrro.com or through in-app reporting. Reports are reviewed confidentially where possible.
6. Enforcement ladder
We respond in proportion to the conduct. Depending on severity and history, steps may include:
- Warning and education.
- Content removal or temporary feature limits.
- Suspension of the account.
- Termination of the account and, where applicable, forfeiture of earnings tied to a violation.
Serious or repeated violations, and anything illegal, may skip steps and result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
7. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was a mistake, you may appeal to appeals@entrro.com. Include your account details and the reason for your appeal. We will review and respond.
