Promoter Agreement.

Effective: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026

This is the agreement between you (a "Promoter") and ENTRRO. By creating a Promoter account, you accept these terms. Plain-language summary; the formal contract is available on request.

1. Independent contractor status

You are an independent contractor — not an employee of ENTRRO or of any venue. You decide which briefs to take, when to work, and how to promote. ENTRRO does not provide tax, employment benefits, or workers' compensation. You're responsible for your own taxes and any local registration requirements.

2. How you get paid

For each verified guest you deliver to a venue, you earn the CPA the venue has set for that brief. ENTRRO never takes a cut from your payout — we charge the venue separately. Earnings populate your wallet in real-time. There is no weekly payout schedule.

Withdrawals are on-demand. Once you have at least $10 of settled (no longer pending) funds in your wallet, you can request a withdrawal whenever you want. Funds typically settle within 24–48 hours of the venue's approval window closing. Withdrawals arrive in your bank account per Stripe's and your bank's standard processing times — usually 1–3 business days, sometimes same-day depending on your bank and country.

Payouts are processed by Stripe Connect — the same payout infrastructure used by Lyft drivers, Shopify merchants, Airbnb hosts and millions of other independent earners. You'll be asked to complete a brief Stripe onboarding (identity verification, bank details) before your first withdrawal, and those details are held by Stripe, not by ENTRRO. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and SOC 1 / SOC 2 Type II audited.

3. What counts as a verified guest

A guest is "verified" when they scan in at a venue's door using the unique tracked link or invite you generated, and the venue's door device confirms entry. Clicks, page views, RSVPs, and unverified arrivals do not count.

4. What we don't allow

See the Acceptable Use Policy and Code of Conduct. Violations may lead to suspension and forfeit of earnings tied to the violation.

5. Disputes

If a venue disputes a guest, ENTRRO Trust & Safety reviews within 5 business days. We err on the side of the documentation — door scan data is authoritative. If we can't determine, we split or refund neutrally.

6. Tax documentation

Where required by law (e.g., US 1099-NEC, EU VAT thresholds, UK SA), we issue annual statements and report to relevant authorities. You must keep your tax info current on the platform.

7. Termination

You can leave any time — close your account in settings. ENTRRO can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach. Earnings already accrued for verified guests survive termination and are paid out on the normal cycle (we still owe you what you earned).

8. No employment relationship

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and ENTRRO or between you and any venue. You may not represent yourself as an employee or authorised agent of ENTRRO or of any venue you promote.

9. Liability

ENTRRO is not liable for what happens inside a venue, between you and your audience, or between a venue and a guest. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the audience; the venue provides the experience.
