This is the agreement between a business or venue (a "Customer") and ENTRRO. By accepting a brief or onboarding a venue, you accept these terms. Plain-language summary; the formal contract is available on request and an enterprise DPA is available on demand.
ENTRRO provides a marketplace where independent Promoters drive verified customers to your venue against a brief you publish. We provide the dashboard, door verification, attribution, billing, and Promoter payouts.
The platform itself is free — no setup fee, no subscription, no long-term contract. You pay only when a Promoter delivers a verified guest you approve. The cost per approved guest is the CPA you set, plus processing and transaction fees on top. That fee is all-in: it covers payment processing, money movement, fraud cover, dashboards, and standard support.
Every verified arrival posts to your dashboard. You have 24 hours to review and approve or decline each arrival. Declined arrivals are not billed. Failure to review within 24 hours auto-approves the charge.
You retain full control of who enters your venue. ENTRRO does not change how you operate. You set audience criteria, approve every brief before it goes live, can block specific promoters, and your door staff decide on the night whether someone enters.
Charges are processed daily for approved verified arrivals from the prior 24-hour cycle, by Stripe — PCI DSS Level 1 certified, SOC 1 / SOC 2 Type II audited, and the payment infrastructure behind Amazon, Google, Shopify and over 10 million businesses. Card details are tokenised by Stripe at point-of-capture; ENTRRO never sees or stores raw card numbers. You receive an itemised receipt per cycle and a consolidated monthly statement. Failed payment after two retries pauses your active briefs.
See Refund & Billing Policy. Disputed arrivals submitted within 7 days are reviewed within 5 business days; ENTRRO eats genuine fraud, you eat genuine no-shows where door scan data confirms attendance.
You receive per-promoter performance, per-night cohort data, attribution per arrival, and aggregate audience signals. Personal data of guests sourced via ENTRRO belongs to the guest and is handled per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Venues must hold appropriate licences, comply with local laws, and not use ENTRRO to promote anything illegal, exclusionary, or unsafe. See AUP.
Either side can terminate any time. Approved arrivals through your last active brief remain billable. Promoter earnings for verified guests already delivered are paid out regardless.
ENTRRO's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee specific revenue, fill rates, or specific Promoter performance.
